I'm sure it's happened to you atleast once and if it hasn't, then it's bound to. It's inevitable.

Except you know when you meet that person where you know that you'd be better off as friends than lovers because you don't want such a good frienship to go to waste? Well, that's how I feel about this boy. I don't want to date him. Because I know that in the end, we'll walk past each other like total strangers.
But choosing not to date him is also a risk of losing him as a friend.
Here is an example: Have you ever liked someone so much but the other person didn't wanna date you because of this reason? If you were in this situation, you would probably just stop talking to them full stop. Because why, WHY in the world would you keep talking to someone you want to be more than friends with when they don't feel the same way? I don't know if I am making any sense to you, but it all fits together in my head.
My options aren't very wide.
It's either, date him and in time we'll break up and never speak to one another ever again.
